Meet your coach.
The Smith System process starts with a complimentary coaching session. Together with your coach, you will discuss some of your life goals, your current lifestyle and your past attempts. Together, you and your coach will identify the problem through the Smith System perspective. This will shed light on what the real problem is, and what the correct intervention would be for you so that your goals can finally be achieved.

Get to know you.
The first step as a Smith System client is for us to get a comprehensive knowledge about your personal situation. This involves a questionnaire assessment followed by a real in-depth conversation about your current lifestyle situation together with your coach. Additionally, your coach will pick a personal trainer to work with you and your trainer will take a physical assessment to highlight any movement dysfunction that may need to be addressed.

Design your plan!
Once we have identified the limiting factor, your coach is going to get to work designing your personal program. This will give you the tools that are most appropriate to help overcome your current limiting factor. This includes, but is not limited to, a healthy eating strategy, recovery management, and the correct exercise.

Accountability.
As you begin your lifestyle transformation journey, some old forgotten challenges and new issues may arise, getting in the way of you and your goals. We’ve got you! You will have two or more live meetings with your coach every month and two or more workout sessions with your personal trainer each week. The Smith System is with you every step of the way helping you build your healthy habits.
